Dogs Don’t Do Ballet being staged in PJ, Penang

Dogs Don’t Do Ballet. Need we write more? Just the title of Anna Kemp’s story is enough to make any child excited.

Well, the stage adaptation of the story is coming to Malaysia. It will be in Petaling Jaya from Nov 1-19, 2017, and in Penang on Nov 20 and 21.

The story is about Biff. Now, Biff is not like ordinary dogs. He doesn’t do dog stuff like peeing on lampposts, scratching his fleas or drinking out of toilets. If you throw him a stick, he’ll just look at you like you’re crazy.

No, Biff is no ordinary dog. Biff likes moonlight and music and walking on his tiptoes. You see, Biff thinks he’s a ballerina!

The show is performed by Little Blue Monster (creator of The Owl Who Was Afraid Of The Dark and The Selfish Crocodile stage shows) with original music, beautiful puppetry, and physical

storytelling, ideal for children aged three years and older.

Ticket prices start at RM53.
